Refund Policy

At TECH LLC, we’re committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our tech repair services and products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or requesting service.

Tech Repair Services

We offer a limited warranty on all repair services. Due to the nature of repairs, refunds are not provided once a service has been completed and the device has been returned to the customer. However, we do offer the following:

  • Service Warranty: If the same issue reoccurs within 60 days of the repair, we will re-evaluate the device and perform necessary corrections at no additional cost.

Products (New & Refurbished Tech)

If you are not fully satisfied with a product purchased from us, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition: The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloadable software or licenses

  • Personalized or special-order items

  • Repairs or services already completed

  • Devices showing signs of misuse, water damage, or third-party tampering

Return Process

Shipping Costs (if applicable)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
